As another recent victim of Jack Pujji, I have some information that may help get your money back and put a stop to Pujji for good! I received a letter from Rachel Rifenburg at the NY Attorney General's Office/Internet Bureau on 4/27. She said that due to numerous complaints, they have instructed Flushing Police to initiate an investigation. She said that any information about Pujji should be given to Detective Thomas Luberto, 109th. Detective Squad, 37-05 Union Street, Flushing, NY 11354. Any/all information will be helpful in building their case. After hearing from other victims, I realized the only way I would get my money back ($2,300) was to confront him in person. I did and it worked. We went to the Flushing police station and they actually told us to go to his home, guarenteeing us we'd get our money back. If you are serious about getting your money back, I would advise you to buy a cheap ticket or take a train to NY. Go to his home address, 43-70 Kissena Boulevard, Flushing, not the Sanford Ave. address where you mailed the check to. Don't ring the buzzer in the lobby, wait outside until someone leaves to enter the building and go straight to his apartment, Suite 8K. This address is on nearly all of his websites. Go early before he leaves for the day, but during banking hours. The banks are open until 1:00 pm on Saturday. His bank is literally 2 doors down from his apartment building. Insist that he accompany you to the bank and get cash. His checks have been known to bounce. If for some reason you don't catch him in, his wife lives there and will most likely answer, tell her that you plan to stay until he gets there and I bet she will find a way to contact him. He appears very consious of avoiding any scenes in his place of residence, so that should get him there quickly. Best of luck and feel free to contact me for more info.
