Complaint Review: JACKIE BUSHONG MARTIN - RHINELANDER Wisconsin

Jackie Martin says there are two sides to every story.  Let me explain the other side since everyone seems to have heard her side.  Jackie sold two Boston Terriers to Kelly Schram.  After the dogs were in Kelly possession Jackie decided she wasn't paid enough and tried to get Kelly to pay her more money.  The dogs were sickly and had to be vetted.  Kelly refused to pay more since they had already agreed upon a price and the dogs and money were already exchanged. The older dog had a lot of health problems and blood in her stool, terrible oder coming from her pours, she just had a lot of problems so if anything Jackie should of been giving that dog away. Kelly told  Jackie to give her the money back and come get the dogs and problem solved but next thing you know Jackie filed a small claims court case against Kelly in Wisconsin.  Kellly lived in Nebraska.  The first time Kelly was sent notice so she replyed by mail to the court in Wisconson.  The case was thrown out because Kelly had supporting documents proving that Jackie was lying. Jackie got charged with giving false information to the judge.  (Really?  Lying .... she's so good at that)

Then Jackie secretly took her to court again with a different judge.  This time Kelly was not sent notice so she did not appear.  How could she appear when she didn't even know she was being taking back to court.  That's how Jackie works.  She's coniving.   I have proof that Kelly recieved notice the fist time but not the second time.  Is that legal? 

During all this time Jackie was slandering Kellys entire family.  She put all ther names, including Kellys parents and her kids names and address's and phone numbers on rip off report. They had terrositic threats  from people saying they harmed animals and stole dogs etc. Kelly had city code enforcement at her house and state agriculture and cops saying Kelly had a couple hundred dogs in her basement and dead animals everywhere. Jackie said Kelly was running a business out of my home when she wasn't. Jackie had never been to Kellys house and she will never be invited there either. City code enforcement was shocked at what Jackie did when they found out Kelly only 4 little dogs to her name not 100 or 200

Jackie spread her lies all over Facebook and sent emails telling her friends lie after lie after lie to get people to believe her side of the story and they fell for it.  Jackie is very believable. 

Now she's at it once again.  She contacted Cindy Jones because she wanted to get out of breeding.  She wanted to just "show" dogs and be a handler.  She told Cindy that she had three bitches she would give Cindy if she would breed them to Cindys male and just give back one puppy or the pet price of one puppy.  She spent the night at Cindys and struck up what Cindy thought was a great friendship.  Jackie told Cindy that she would be the handler for Cindys dogs for the experience.  She even said she would pay the entry fees and all costs.  Cindy said well, if you're going to do that then I'll give you two puppies or the price of two puppies from each b***h.  So they drew up a contract.  Jackie made Cindy co-owner of the three bitches.  One of them came into heat so she bred her but the other two never did.  They are probably spayed and Jackie never told her.  Anyway, Cindy paid Jackie $1500 for two puppies.  At that time Jackie was supposed to sign the momma over to Cindy but Jackie refused.  She even started telling people that Cindy never paid her but Cindy has the cancelled check and in the memo it says what she was paying Jackie for.  Jackie said Cindy wasn't paying her enough and that she thought she should be paid more since Cindy sometimes gets for that $1500 for pet puppies.  That was the agreed upon price and after the deal is done and the check is cashed Jackie wants to change her mind on the price.  Just like she did up above with Kelly Schram. 

Jackie posted on her Facebook account that she is a dog thief.  She was refusing to return the first dog Cindy sent out with her to show.  She claims she fell in love with the dog and she couldn't return him.  She also claims that Cindy said she would be able to buy him.  Sniper was never for sale to Jackie and was never offered for sale to Jackie.  She thinks that because she got his champion title that she should have the right to own him.  Cindy planned to use Sniper in her breeding program and wanted him returned back in September. 

Cindy tried on several occasions to try to work something out with Jackie but jackie refused to return the dog.  Sniper is AKC registered to Cindy Jones and his microchip is also registered to Cindy Jones.  Jackie had her friend that is a vet pretend that Sniper was sick and sent pictures of Sniper laying out on a table like he was dead or dying.  It was heartwrenching to see her baby like that.  She told the vet DO NOT return the dog to Jackie becasue she told the dog from her.  When Jackie took the dog to her vet she told her that Cindy Jones is the owner and send pictures and information about the dogs illness to her.  The vet returned the dog to Jackie with haste because she thought someone was coming to get him.  indy asked an Oneida County Deputy to do a welfare check on the dog.  When the deputy got to the house there were 2 Bostons outside and 2 inside.  The deputy left to get a microchip scanner and when she returned there were only 3 dogs.  Jackie lied to the deputy saying she did not have the dog.  She even lied and told the deputy that Kathleen Stuart came at 1:30 am to pick the dog up.  Again, another lie.

Jackie contacted Judge Faith and tried to get Cindy Jones to agree to go on the show and fight their battle on TV.  If Jackie lost the show would pay all costs.  Once again she's trying to worm her way out of the situation she got herself into. 

Jackie continues to have people call Cindy and harrass her.  She tried to convince people that Cindy is a puppy mill and that all her dogs should be taken away from her.  She's contacted rescues who have been harrassing Cindy.  These are all the exact things she did to Kelly Schram. 

Jackie was upset when she found out that her address, which is a matter of public record from the county tax records, was posted on Facebook?  Why is she upset?  This is the very thing she did to Kelly Schram.  Seems she can dish it out but she cannot take it. 

Jackie claims she does not have the dog?  Then where is he?  She was to be responsible for him since she was the handler.  She forged Cindy Jones signature 6 times trying to get AKC to change Sniper to her name and the three bitches to Cindys name.  Why would she want the dog in her name if she does not have him?  I hope she can be tried for forgery or identity theft.  She is an evil horrible liar and she is not to be trusted.  I hope she rots in jail as that is what she deserves for trying to destroy so many lives.

Do not to business with her or she will find someway to make your life a living hell and destroy you and your family.
