Jackie Pruitt - J. Pruitt - J&P Appliances Ripoff Conartist Products are garbage and refuses to fix or refund definition of white trash dirtbag Asheville North Carolina
This gentleman has sold appliances in the Asheville area for a while now. YET he keeps getting away with not fixing or refunding on his crappy items by picking up and disappearing for a month then relocating his store.
I had bought 4 appliances from him (stove, fridge, w&d) and all except the washer need to be fixed. I called him multiple times to fix them, he promised he would, then *poof* disappeared into oblivion.
TWO burners on the stove spark, the dryer started making this horrible rattling sound to the point that I wait for nice days to wash my clothes so I can just stick them outside, and the fridge will sporadically shake and make odd sounds.
I was under warranty when I mentioned these problems to him but he kept stalling. I eventually found him through some diligant searchin and brought him to court. HOWEVER, since it was past the 90 day warranty period, he told the judge that I did not contact him and that the warranty has expired. Basically I am stuck with 4 large pieces of crap in my house (I am sure the washer will go soon also).
NO ONE BUY FROM JACKIE PRUITT EVER!!!!!
He is about 5'7", has a blond mullet, blue eyes NASTY dental hygenie, always wears blue jeans, drives a red caravan and always has his sister and mom in tow. If someone fitting the above description tries selling you an appliance...RUN AWAY AND NEVER TURN BACK!!!!!
