We purchased the Homestead series sofa and chair, in September 2014.  We have no children, have had company one time and gets used in the evening.  The sofa cushion has been compressed beyond my belief oh wait theirs as well.  They replaced it already.  Now the new one is doing the same thing to the point where I can feel the construction of the couch on my back when I sit.  I would rather sit on a 5 gallon pail.  The chair has decorative tacks that have fallen off, metal that has come through the fabric, the back has balled up and become so uneven, you don't even sit normal and the mechanism sounds like HELL.  Again, they have been here to 'fix' that problem.  Again, no difference.  As a Consumer Advocate for families, I refuse to let this happen to me by them.  They have no good reviews that I can find, however, mountians of complaints.  Hold On, here I come.  I have sent them the reports from the vendor, pictures while they were here working on it, all the sales transactions and who to contact at the vendor I have delt with.  All certified mail, with a return so I know who signed for them.  It was addressed to Keith Jackson, as was the email with all attached.    At first I was directed to send my email to [email protected], big surprise it bounced right back as undeliverable.  Just incase anyone wants to know, their address is 1910 SE King Edward Ave.  Cleveland, TN 37331, phone 423.476.8544 (isn't much help just a automated system).  But Keith's extension is 7249.  And the email address is [email protected]  As you can guess I have gotten no response from them.  Oh and another thing I find just  appalling, when you want contact customer, you send a blanket email or send them a letter in the MAIL.  What kind of company says, "Oh you need help, send us a letter."

 I will stay on them through evey avenue that I can, until I get it resolved.  If not for myself, I will make sure that I educate consumers to avoid this project.  I have the avenues and ability to take on Jackson Furniture.  So look out.
