Accomplished at stealing from neighbors in community for years. Keep your wallet closed around this nefarious woman, she will bleed you dry and keep coming back for more until you have nothing left. This woman believes the world owes her and everyone around is meant to pay for anything she desires. Used her neighbors' money to live in her home for free while she made short films to promote her non existent acting career which never took off, travelled to short film festivals, financed her so-called photography excursions and gallery events. She threw parties in her home while not paying one thin dime to live in her HOA community on others' money, took vacations and bragged to her neighbors about her travels. There are searchable court actions against her in Los Angeles court system. This woman will stop at nothing to get what she wants and will take money from others without a backward glance. She recently lost her home due to her unorthodox practices.Get involved with this woman at your own peril, she will take, take and take from you some more until she realizes there's nothing left and then you won't hear from her again. Pretends she has God on her side, makes a pretense of saying she will keep you in her prayers, what she really means is she'll keep you in her bank account once she's robbed you.
