Ruda seeks Contempt Citation, and to enforce James Hartmann's VOID JUDGMENT. Ruda was WARNED , and WARNED AGAIN that Ida (Eve) Murphy of Dream Stone, Inc. through Daniel T. Goodwin, of Donelson, Ciancio, & Grant, P.C. committed felony perjury to obtain a fraudulent lien on the Plaintiff's home, for the stated purpose of forcing home into foreclosure. Ruda knows the judgment he is trying to enforce is VOID, yet he continues to maliciously attack! Look at the date, and whom the first warning is Cc'd to: James Francis Hartmann!
