i hit the brakes we sat there for two hours all because the dealer( Jake Sweeney Mazda West) didnt want to towed the car because i were four days out of my 90 day warranty or they would have gaven me a free towed i have gotten the car towed under my account $65.00 when i got there David in service told me he look at the car to see what's the problem and he let me know May 13,2015 morning no contact until i contacted him it was the transmission having heard anything i been calling for two days May 13 and 14 no one would returned my calls to discuss the issue so i made a complaint with BBB about my issue on May 17,2015 i contacted Santander Consumer USA the company who finance my loan for the car the representative told me i can switch to another vehicle under the same amount the 2006 Malibu LT was worth 7,588.93 and the dealer contact there finance dept to restart over another contract so i returned back to Jake Sweeney on May 18,2015 to discuss the issue with them they refuse to settled the car wasnt under no warranty but i havent had the car four months and the car broke down i feel they did a false car inspection on the car if so the inspection should had let them know the transmission was going bad thata whole point why inspections are done on caes to see they are reliable to drive on public roads i contacted the dealer once again May 21 2015 to see if they going to resolve the issue i talked to Alex my salesperson he told me he cant no longer talk to me as my salesman

 I brought a car on Feb 09 2015 from Jake Sweeney Mazda West. The car broke down on me my kids on May 12,2015 while in drive it jump into reverse I had the car towed to Jake Sweeney on the same day they check the vehicle and it was the transmission. I asked will they repair the transmission since I haven't had it that long I only had it for 3 months. My salesman Alex gave me the run around and never returned my calls I believe they sold me a bad car and they knew it. I ask can I get put in another vehicle under the same amount as my broken down 2006 Malibu yes if I can give them another 1500.00 even if my finance company Santander Consumer USA also said it was ok to put me in another car just contact them. The dealer didn't want to do that as me being their customer they should be willing to work with under some type of circumstances.
