James Carrillo DBA Veterans Service Company We paid him $350 in advance to do roof repair work costing $650, He has not shown up or called in the 2 months since the contract was signed. He stole the money and will not talk to us. San Miguel, New Mexico
April 16, 2010 we signed a contract with James Carrillo DBA Veterans Service Company to repair our roof. The contract was for $650 and we paid him $350 in advance. It is now June 27, 2010 and Mr Carrillo has neither done the repairs nor contacted us despite repeated attempts to contact him. We left messages with his parents and his son he refuses to call us back or come by.
