Please note that James Smith apparently uses multiple companies to make it difficult for potential customers to identify the problems that exist for those they sell services to.  In addition to James Smith Company they use the following other names:
Financial Success Summit, 10421 S. Jordan Gateway, Suite 100, South Jordon, UT 84095-3961, 800-270-3357.
Real Estate Investor Support. LLC., 14039 South Minuteman Drive (Road), Draper, UT 84095
James Smith Series, aka, The Coaching Company, LLC, 10421 S. Jordan Gateway , Suite 100, South Jordan, CT, 84095-3961.
 James Smith
 Ryan Smith
 Justin Smith

No contract exists. A contract would require signature of both corporate officers. I simply signed a credit card slip. There is no signing or initials on the original document by any representative of James Smith and my legal advisor has concluded that without a joint meeting of the minds a contract cannot exist.

The lack of a transaction date on the original cancelation slip is part of the verbal communications with Kendal Blunck, their employee, that I could change my mind at any point including the first day of classes.

It was difficult to ascertain the problems with the offer of training and coaching. The James Smith Company has some of the same owners as The Summit Group - Summit Consulting - Bright Builders - Electronic Clearinghouse - IDI - Internet Coaching - PMI/NMR Coaching - Auctions For Income - IDI - The Tax Club. These organizations have been accused of misrepresented services, rip-offs, and abusive strong arm tactics; refusing refunds when confronted with misrepresentations, and hiding behind fictitious names to prevent accountability. The hidden name was problematic.

Finally, the email offer by Boyd Denison, Client Resolutions, to provide access to other events is unacceptable. I was subjected to physical and verbally intimidating behavior in Fort Myers, Florida by one of their male employees. I would be afraid to attend. Also, a DVD is unacceptable as it is a poor means of learning. It denies one the core and not to be severable values offered i.e. the benefits of coaching. It would also be impossible to watch a video or be coached by the person who tried to intimidate me.
