I am so relieved that there is a place where consumers can go to voice their concerns about unfair practices in the marketplace.This is vital to both the consumers and the business owners because making sound decisions should be important to both parties. No one sets out to get scammed,but it does happen when the business owner is more concerned about his bottom line than customer satisfaction.It makes me very sad that some in our association choose to give us all a bad rap because their heart is in the wrong place.Fortunately this is a very small percentage that have failed to live up to the ethical standards the association has in place. The travel packages marketed through Coastal Vacations are legitimate and filled with value to the consumer and the vast majority of business owners marketing these packages were once a consumer like you. So please don't condemn all of us for the actions of a very small minority. As a suggestion I would encourage everyone to throughly investigate the business and business owner prior to purchase ,checking their personal and business references,I know Gwen will be. I would also suggest speaking to them one on one and ask them some strategic questions to insure your good faith,you can usually tell when someone is being illusive. I would be happy to answer any questions regarding Coastal Vacation Packages and their business opportunity. Mike Cowan

The order to this customer was delivered as agree upon. From what I can gather they changed their mind about being in business with Coastal Vacations. They charged back their Paypal account for the full amount without returning anything to us. We took nothing from these people. They have received their money back from Paypal and still have all of the products. As for the Coastal Director's releases being bad, that is a flat out lie. These are the same releases used by the other thousands of other Coastal director's. The CD's are full of marketing materials only. I don't know what they else they expected to get. This is all on top of the thousands of leads they recieved from us free. They are qualified Coastal director's which is what getting into Coastal Vacations is all about. I have the tracking and delivery info for this customer and will supply on request. I'm sorry this customer (Gwen) felt she had to say negitive comments on here, but the fact is she has a refund , has the products and is a qualified Coastal Vacations director.
