Complaint Review: Janet Folk - Santa Ana California

I wish to disclose a very misfortunate situation which involves a thief and a fraudster, which I hope will stop further crimes of this troubled individual.

Her name is Janet Folk or Janet Ann Folk.

Janet Folk is an eccentric millionaire based in Edmonton, Alberta (Canada), who also has been doing business in United States and offshore.

Janet Folk has been changing businesses and jobs for many years, and has been involved with many charities, fund-raisers, foundations, business ventures, and various organizations. These include:

Janet Folk has been defrauding and stealing from charities, fund-raisers, business associates, clients and taxpayers for over twenty years. Janet Folk likes to present herself as businesswoman, a fund-raiser, and a philantropist. Janet Folk can use very business-like and professional demeanor in order to deceive when committing her crimes.

The list of Janet Folk's crimes includes:

1. Stealing money from charities through various fraudulent schemes

2. Pocketing money from fund-raisers

3. Stealing cash from her businesses

4. Stealing from her employees, by not paying them for work done

5. Violating labour standards with respect to her employees (including workplace harassment and exploitation violations)

6. Trashing and verbally abusing her employees

7. Defrauding business associates, including by keeping fake books, asking employees to lie to business associates, misrepresenting important aspects of business to the associates, and so on

8. Defrauding business associates using fake consulting fees and kickbacks

9. Defrauding business associates through fraudulent business losses and expenses

10. Stealing from clients by charging for services not provided

11. Stealing and defrauding by using illegal offshore schemes

12. Causing damage to reputations of many charities, businesses, and organizations by publicly trashing them

13. Defrauding taxpayers by filing fraudulent tax returns

When Janet Folk doesn't have to deceive others with professional demeanor, it becomes obvious what a sick individual she is. Janet Folk explained that she has difficulty keeping quiet about her crimes, because she needs to boast about them. Once she boasted that she gets a "high" like a drug addict when she defrauds (Janet Folk admitted having a drug problem as well). Those who heard her boast about her frauds, start treating Janet Folk like trash almost right away.    

On a sad note, Janet Folk had a lot of personal issues, including a costly gambling problem and a drug problem. She explains that she needs a lot of money to deal with that. This could be an explanation for her eccentric, sometimes silly behavior, boasting about her crimes, victimizing her employees, scamming business associates, and her distaste for people in general.

Janet Folk admitted that she likes dogs more than people. Janet Folk has pathological dog philantropy, where she transports her hundreds of dogs by her private jet from place to place with her, and has many other eccentricities as well.

Janet Folk has a really dirty mouth and trashes and bad-mouths a lot her employees, business associates, clients, customers, charities, businesses, and organizations that she's been involved with. Janet Folk even bad-mouths her own businesses, to the point of disclosing their illicit business activities. People even said to her that it's stupid, to which Janet Folk replied that she's not been caught, and continued describing her own businesses' illicit activities. LOL! Janet Folk believes she is a fraudster too smart to be caught!   

Janet Folk has also been defrauding CRA (Canada Revenue Agency), IRS, and other tax collectors for many years. In other words Janet Folk has been defrauding taxpayers. I bilieve that Janet Folk stole over $15 million from taxpayers. Some of that money Janet Folk used to feed her gambling problem. Other money goes to feed Janet Folk's other eccentricities, such as private jets for homeless dogs, donating money (that Janet Folk stole) to quirky and unusual causes and organizations, and so on.

During one of her semi-public appearances, Janet Folk was asked about defrauding the taxpayers. Janet said that's what makes her an "excellent" business-woman (i.e. when she manages to defraud). She was then asked what she'd do if somebody decided to investigate her crimes. She said she'd make them "ran in circle" and "make their heads spin", because she knows how to prepare documents for them "the right way". Many people were aghast with her attitude.

I am so glad that I managed to expose this trash called Janet Folk.
