J.Arceri Home Improvements Do Not Hire This company for ANYTHING Kings Park New York
I hired this company to do cement work in my backyard and to install a storm door. When I spoke to Mr. Arceri he told me that my door had to be custom made due to the size of the doorway and would cost $450.00. It took him over 3 months to finally install it. After 3 days the lock did not work and after one month the handle partially seperated from the door. About a week later the stripping came off.
I called Mr. Arceri about 5 times and was always given a different excuse. I just tried to call him again today at 888-527-2374. There is no answer at this number and I also tried 637-872-5321 and I get a recording that says to check the number I am dialing.
I paid Mr. Arceri up front which was a stupid thing to do. This man should be arrested.
