Jared Shafer and Patience brystol are guardians appointed by the Las Vegas courts to act as guardians when seniors do not have family in Nevada. While serving in Iraq I lost my leg because of an IUD. When I returned home I found out my grand father had fallen under the control of Jared Shafer and Patience Brystol. I tried to get my grand father away from them, but the courts resisted me. Shafer confronted me in front of the family court. He said I am not going to let a hopless criple take care of anyone. Frankly disabled people are a pain in the but. If you fight me all of your grand father's money will be burnt up in legal fees. Your grand father will wind up in a home for the poor. This will be your fault.
Jared Shafer is a cancer to any family that falls under his control. He delights in causing pain and stealing hard earned money. This man must be stopped. Shafer told me the courts would let him do what he wants. He said if you don't believe me, ask John NorHeim, a Nevada Family court commissioner. Shafer is ripping off countless families. He and the Nevada courts need to be stopped. I have talked with 27 families who are suffering from Shafer's treatment.
