Searched online for a particular used car. This 5 store dealership had a car. Contacted online and got an online and phone follow up from Caty Davis.
Looked at the car - perfectly detailed (and I am anal about that) and serviced. Multi-point check, oil & filters changed. Drove it with John O'Neil. Negotiated an acceptable offer to me. The car was priced fairly and they gave me OK offer on my trade.
Tim Vogel, Finance Manager, got me good financing and made the process effortless.
Drove my 2009 Lincoln MKZ home with 31,000 miles and a full tank of gas.
