I met Jay (Jason Carter) on Seeking Arrangement (a dating website) tailored more towards wealthy men and women seeking companionship resulting in financial benefits for those proving the company. I am 19 years old. Looking for companionship and someone to spoil and pamper me. "Jay" was one of the first "sugar daddies" to reach out to me. He sent me a email and I responded we exchanged numbers he told me his great plan. Which was the following "Would love to have you down to Dallas for a super fun weekend sometime soon.. A couple of fun nights out on the town, good food, maybe a museum or shopping during the day, seeing a good band downtown, too many possibilities.. Much fun..!!" I responded he later asked for a "bathroom selfie" in my bra and panties. He would do the same. I didn't send the picture I panicked by our conversation ending in the request of a bathroom selfie in my bra and panties. I called my service provider to block his number immediately 9 minutes later he called me from a different number (1 (214) 484-3191) I did not answer as I knew for a fact it was Jay. He then called me from a 512 number (1 (512) 557-6502) the number seamed familiar so I answered and it was Jay he was furious. I told him I got scared and that's why I blocked him. Ohh wait I forgot he left a nasty mean voicemail on my phone calling me a child and that I probably didn't send the picture bc I had gotten fat or wasn't who I claimed to be. He finally convinced me he was simply trying to "help" me. I took a "bathroom selfie" in my regular clothes he said I was "adorable" which just scared me more. We kept talking as we had planned. our conversations consisted of him talking the whole time. I tried to tell him something and he would talk over me. I just stopped trying to give my opinion he clearly didn't care to hear it so why bother? Finally we spoke about his plan. He wanted me to drive to Dallas wear my hair in a pony tail wear shorts and a cute top and take a cute outfit for dinner and the museums. He wanted me to spend the night in his bed naked and have "mind blowing sex" reality is girla the only thing blowing is going to be your mind. Stay away from this guy. Block his numbers all of the ones listed on this report he is controlling and his tone of voice is just terrifying. "Reaaaaaaaaallyyyy?" "Whhhhhhhhhhy?" My report and the other 2 make it 3 reports in total for Jason Carter (Jay) please don't waist your time not your energy. Be safe and don't talk to this guy.

RUIDOSO, NM (PRESS RELEASE) -- On Friday, February 20, 2015, the New Mexico State Police was assisting the U.S. Marshals Service with a warrant service operation in southern New Mexico. Around 3:00 p.m., Deputy U.S. Marshals and New Mexico State Police officers attempted to apprehend Jason Moncrief Carter, forty-one years of age from Dallas, Texas, an active fugitive who was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Mr. Carter was located at the Along the River RV Park on State Road 37, outside of Ruidoso, New Mexico. Mr. Carter, who had an outstanding warrant out of Texas for sexual contact with a minor, barricaded himself inside his personal RV and refused to surrender. Mr. Carter was the sole occupant inside the RV.
The New Mexico State Police assumed incident command of the scene and tactical units were deployed. Assisting agencies on scene were the U.S. Marshals Service, Las Cruces Police Department, and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
The New Mexico State Police activated numerous specialty resources to assist on scene, including the Crisis Negotiations Team, the Emergency Ordinance Disposal Team, and emergency medical personnel. Throughout the night and into morning hours on Saturday, February 21, 2015, specialty units actively attempted to negotiate a peaceful surrender. Mr. Carter, however, repeatedly brandished a firearm and informed officers he would not surrender.
Around 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015, Mr. Carter threatened officers with a firearm from inside his RV. As a result of his actions, shots were fired by police. Mr. Carter was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The New Mexico State Police is the lead investigating agency for this incident. This incident is currently under investigation and further details will be released upon completion of this investigation.

By your own post you are attempting to set back womens empowerment by decades!!! You dont need ANYONE to take care of you. By going to these sites, you make yourself a w***e. What did you think the expectations were from your male companion?? Oh yes let me spend ALL THIS CASH ON YOU!!! And then get a hearty handshake and a thank you for the privilage of spending money on you. Nope, all they are thinking with is the little head. The problem is that there is an expectation FROM your male companion. Oh he will spend the cash, but he is going to expect some tail. So dont put yourself in that position. YOU ARE NOT A w***e!!!! You are obviously pretty enough to get any male you like. DONT LET THEM DEMAND FROM YOU WHAT ONLY YOU CAN GIVE!!! Get a real job and show the whole world how strong and independant you truly are. You dont need a man to pay for you. DOwn that path lays pain and embarassment.
