jason has been dealing drugs out of his grandmothers apartment for a very very long time.he will sell to anyone who knocks on his door.so everyone was not surprised when he got arrested for selling a pound a marijuana to an undercver police officer.

however how is it that a repeat offender like jason who is on probation got out of jail the next day?i know how. you see while jason was sitting in the nassau county jail waiting for court the next day he was approached by nassau county narcotics.

they told him that is was not looking good for him.they told him he was looking at alot of jail time and to lower his chances of a long jail term he would have to give up his connect(where he picks up his pounds of pot)jason agreed and the next day when he went to court he was released on a 100 dollar bail.

when he left the jail he was picked up by narcotics detective and taken to a secret area in farmingdale somewhere near the aviation school.they had jason put on a blue and white polo jacket that was equipped with a wire and camera.

they then gave him $1100 and sent him along with an undercover cop to make the purchase. jason then called his pot supplier and made the purchase and introduced the undercover cop to the pot dealer.

i do not know the person he ratted out all i know about him is that he is black and is from roosevelt.jason doesn't buy weed from him anymore but the undercover cop still does. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RAT BA *** RD HE WILL BRING YOU DOWN

HEY SHAYLAhas to be about the most un-American thing

Shayla, first off, that has to be about the most un-American thing that I've ever had to witness on a site where you were so far from the topic. Where the HELL do you come off calling this a dumbass country? Did you EVER stop & think that my brother, father, and several family members go to war so YOU have the freedom to open your d**n mouth and disrespect OUR country like that? Apparently you lack in education as you do judgement for your words. I wish just for once you would even know what it felt like to stand behind someone in line who slanders our country, our soldiers, and the amount of willpower it takes not to "teach them a lesson" that freedom ISN'T FREE. God forbid anyone you care about EVER has to go overseas and fight for OUR COUNTRY's freedom, especially the freedom of speech. Educate yourself, so that one day you can justify to yourself and everyone else who had the misfortune of reading your post, that YOUR "dumbass" comments are just that.

After reading the posting about the racist, small-town bar, I was apalled by the fact that the writer was such an a*s-kisser. To go so far as to call them "African-American". Get over it. This is the new millenium. Most black people I've met aren't offended by being called black. If I'm white, why can't they be black? Further more, if you can refer to a business as an "African-American" business, why cant you refer to a business as a "white" business? If there are publications like "Ebony" magazine, why can't there be a publication called "Caucasion" magazine? Black people are just as racist as white people, except they will always have something to say to excuse their behavior; "It's because I'm black, isn't it?" True, it's unfortunate that some white people (predominantly hicks and rednecks) still believe they are somehow superior to any other race, but get over it. Those idiots will die off soon enough. Except for the fact that we stole this country from the true Americans, which we now call Native Americans, we are all Americans. No matter what color you are. My only problem is the people that move to this country and fail to learn how to speak English. Those are the only people I'm racist towards. Non-English speaking "Americans" But besides the fact, your reply wasn't even related to the original topic which was about a narc. Narcs are lame, but it's part of the game. If one doesn't want to go to jail for dealing drugs, one should choose a different profession. There is always a risk of going to jail when you are a drug dealer and one should be aware of the fact before they start selling drugs...DUH. I don't understand why we don't just legalize it! It would save us taxpayers millions in taxes that we spend to keep these prisons and jails open and to pay the cops wages who are busting people. It would also give our government yet another way to tax us by putting a tax on the drugs. They would make money, we would save money. It's a win win situation. Look at Amsterdam; prostitution and drugs are legal and the crime rate is 90% lower than this dumbass country.

A report that begins with a person calling another person a rat and giving this so-called rat's name and # and address out better be 100% sure of what he's saying cause where I'm from, calling someone a rat is just as bad as being a rat and even worse if your wrong!!! As for the whole drug issue"WAKE UP" people. There is no war on drugs and never has been. It's just another excuse for the government to pocket more money. The biggest RIPOFFS, CONS,THIEVES, MASTERS OF DECEPTION,and HYPOCRITES is what makes up our government.Open your f**king eyes! You think a cop, or a judge,or a lawyer,or a politician is immune from committing crime? There human just like us.There's nobody in a better position to break the law (any law),than the person wearing the badge!Believe me,the corrupt cops outnumber the decent one's 10 to 1. GET A CLUE!

Racism is alive and well

I am a white woman who used to work in an auto store. It's a small town but a town in MASS. Up until that point, I knew racism existed but I hadn't a clue that it was so predominant in my town. The store ended up being a place where all people would just come and hang out. My boss and I would always compare it to a Cheers like atmosphere. They'd end up feeling very comfortable and then sooner or later many of them would end up revealing how disgusting they were. I kicked more people out of that store for racist comments than any other reason. Before the store was bought out and I moved on I was going to get a tattoo that read, "don't say racist stuff to me just because I'm white.." It was really that bad. People would use the "N" word like it was nothing. And then when I'd come out and say, "You're a f'n racist." sometimes they'd come back with a horrible racist joke and then say, "oh no I'm just kidding. YOu know they're are good blacks and bad blacks.." LIKE THAT isn't racist in itself!!! I hated it! Noone used the term "African American" in that town ever. As far as the police, same thing!! One cop that I had thought I was friends with, up until he ended up being racist scum said to me one day, "that's mighty white of you.." I didn't have a clue of what that even meant. I had never heard the cliche before. When I Found out I was pissed and then confronted him about it and he tried to tell me that being a state cop that he'd see things and saw the differences between the blacks and whites. It's such bullshit!!! Thankfully, now I work in a more diversified place and it is considered an African American store. I feel much more at home and relaxed there, because noone is stupid enough to say anything racist. But Even at this job we just hired a white woman who has the same position as me. I was training her and showing her our demographics and explaining how we're an African American store and she actually said "What are we??? Are there any WHITE stores???" WTF? What is wrong with people??? I answered, "of course, the 500,000 that aren't Latino or African American are all WHITE stores but whites are so d**n predominant in this country that it goes without saying!!!" People don't know their facts, and a lot of cops are RACIST...it sucks. I wish the police were like those on Law and Order SVU. The world would be so much better if Richard Belzer (MUNCH) represented the officers around. In conclusion, Law and Order SVU is a really good show.

Remark about drug dealers-The government drug dealers produces 10 times more drugs then any dealer in the streets combined. In many ocasionsons even the drugs that are considered illegal are tolerated in casea of terminally ill patients. The only difference between the illegal drugs and the legal drugs is that the govenment gets the piece of the pie on every sale of legal drugs and no revenue form illegal drugs. Have you ever asked yourself why booze is legal and mairjuana is not? The govenment isnot going to approve any drugs that they feel they cannot control and make money off of. If they do figure out a way to control the production of marijuana and similar drugs then i am sure they will legalize it so they can tax the hell out of it like they do everything else. I judt hate the way they have my mother hooked on high blood pressure pills. Narcs/undercovers- These people confuse me the most...i still can't understand how the laws can allow them to consume and sell the very elements that they arrest us for? Most say they have to learn to roll with the punches and fit in to make bust but i think it is hypocasy and a poor exscuse and other forms of tactics should be used to set good examples to us all.

The government is the major drug dealer - racist comment

#9Consumer Suggestion

Mon, October 25, 2004

To Theresa from everywhere.....That was a really racist comment on your part that you had the audacity to type...First of all, to tell someone to go back to there homeland is absurd. Where is your homeland? No matter what your race is...Guess what? We are still American!!! Meaning we have freedom of speech as Americans. I think that the government is the biggest drug dealer because they are the crap who let drugs get beyond our borders, even when we have been under pretty high security clearances since 9-11. There shouldnt be any crack, ecstacy, heroin, weed or any of the rest of the junk that flood great country of ours. In order for the drug dealer to deal the drugs, he has to get it from "his supplier". Why arent those guys getting caught? Why isnt there big investigation on our customs where the drugs have to clear through? Why dont we find out who is on the take from the highest level possible...Its time for some real exposure!!!!

Michael in Brooklyn: race has NOTHING to do with this subject. I bet you think I owe you for slave reparations for something that happened almost 200 years ago. Sounds like Brooklyn is just the place for you. If you don't like it here, why don't you go back to your "homeland". There you could live a lavish life sitting on a Savannah in the middle of the desert with ribs showing, a bloated belly and flies all over your filthy face. The gist of the whole matter here is WHO'S GONNA BRING IN THE MONEY FOR THE SYSTEM? Some no-good worthless crack dealer? Hell no. It's the drug addicts with the $$$ that they're after. Why put some scumbag drug dealer in prison? He won't post bail, will be an expense to feed and make sure he is healthy and that his civil rights aren't violated, and a major pain in the a*s for the system. BUT... let's go get his customers, who, after all, if they didn't have the money to deal with him in the first place Mr. Crackdealer wouldn't have a job (because Mr. Crackdealer certainly isn't going to get a legitimate job and earn honest money). The customers with the money are the ones who make the lawyers rich, pay the states their fines and give corrupt cops their own free illegal drugs and power trips. And, Michael, for your information, did you ever consider that the reason there are more monorities in prison is because they commit more crimes? Yes, some crimes are committed and ignored by corrupt police in lieu of $$$ and their own personal stash of drugs. But VIOLENT crimes can't be ignored. Thus the reason for the current inmate demographics.

All jokes and accusations aside>>> Police in the US are generally the most respected and honest law enforcement officials in the world. We do have extensive freedom in this country (including the right to be a dope dealer if you want to risk it). Our officers follow strict guidlines on privacy and search criteria. They generally don't spy on inocent individuals or beat the truth out of crooks, our children are not missing at the hands of "federalies" and even if you are one of the dirt bag crooks, the police will still come to your house when you call them for help. They must be allowed to use informants to make legitimate arrests, I generally don't agree with letting criminals get away with crimes just because they are willing to rat someone out, but the officers must have some insentive to get cooperation or no one would rat out anyone and I guess it is more ethical barganing tool than torture or murder. As far as drugs go, not all dealers are terrorists, most are simply feeding their own disease. Yes, many provide funds to cartels that may divert funds from their "drug company" to other interests and political agendas, but the dude selling a joint from his backyard plant is far less of a terrorist than R.J Reynolds, Smirnof Vodka, or any other legalized dope pusher. These companies kill more people in a year than all terrorist nations combined. Get a grip, don't do dope and you wont have to worry about someone "ratting you out", quit wasting time and money on labeling dope users terrorists and focus on preventing our children from smoking the most deadly herb in history "tobacco", teach them not to drink the dope "alcohol" that has killed more users AND inoccent people than all terrorists and other dope combined have killed. Quit trying to tie the hands of OUR law enforcement officers, WE pay them to enforce the law, let them do it legally and ethically and use "snitches" rather than torture. Quit wasting our tax dollars jailing drug users only to have them exposed to more dope and crime in jail while we foot the bill for their keep. Go after the big dealers that get our kids addicted, go after the murderers that drive drunk or high, go after the companies that push death legally like tobacco and alcohol. Offer the addict treatment that he must work to pay for, its much cheaper than jail. If they cant or wont go with the program then hit him with jail, but still make him work for his own keep. Get a job, raise your children right, quit name calling dopers, terrorists, snitches or rats, don't fall for the politicaL AGENDAS of others. Get off your high horse if you are a cop who smokes tobacco or get drunk, because if you do, you are a drug abuser. If you really care, be a solver, not a blamer. War on Blacks

#17Consumer Comment

Tue, February 11, 2003

As a black person , I would like for you all to see this from my perspective. If you look at the details , A white person sells an undercover cop a pound of marijuana and is released the next day on $100 bail, because the police would rather arrest a Black person ( the reason 90% of those imprisoned are Black and Hispanic although 90% of drug sellers and users are white). Had a Black person been arrested for selling a pound of marijuana he wouldn't even have the opportunity to rat someone else out let alone get out on $100 bail. I won't even get into our governments involvement in bringing drugs into the country ( allegedly Ollie North & Co.) It saddens me that the so called rat will not have to pay for his mistakes and the war on drugs (Blacks) continues. Addicted persons have a disease which is curable yet the treatment facilities are few and under funded. Treatment instead of prison , if the billions spent fighting drugs were used for treatment , the supply and demand equation would cease to exist. Open your eyes , it's all about money.

Living in Freeport for 24 years I have to say that this town has went to crap with all the drugs and gangs that have been parading around the town and destroying it. For you to sit there and get mad over this is ridiculous. I am sorry YOUR drug dealer was caught and now he is turning people in. GOOD FOR HIM! While I dont condone him selling drugs I do applaud him for trying to get things together. Maybe if you took pride in yourself you would do the same also. I am sad to see this. I really hope that someone else from our town sees this and gets even more mad than I am now. Who knows maybe one day someone will read about you. Hopefully not dead. and then maybe you would wish someone ratted out the other person cause you needed help.

these 2 previous rebuttles prove just how ignorant most people really are about the current situation. first of all, the fact that these narcs are targeting someone selling individual pounds of weed should tell you their priorities are f**ked. that is the reason we lost the so-called war on drugs 20 years ago. plus, the whole reason that drugs lead to crime is because they are illegal-HELLO MCFLY,is anybody home. This is societies fault for buying into every greedy f**kin' concept our govt. pushes on us. it's really about the most basic economic principals of supply and demand. so long as people want drugs, there will be someone willing to fill the need, no matter the consequences.the only thing that changes by outlawing them is the crime and violence and high costs and victims associated with them. wanna fight terrorism funded by drug sales effectively? It's truly sad to read that people like the person that is calling Mr.Mucciolo, a "rat" does'nt know the law. I suggest he ask someone to let him read the "Justice Dept. Guidelines on C.I.'s" and then he will know that what he just did is a Federal violation of the law. A person that works with the local police or fed. agents is a witness or rat/c.i., and as such they are entitled to certain rights of protection. Regardless of how Mr.Mucciolo or any other person tells on people that violate the laws of this country, they are protected pursuant to the law. The US Const. does'nt give anyone the right to sell drugs(illegal drugs) and if the police catch you I say by any means necessary, then you must pay the cost! So I say to this man or person, because he can't be a man...Maybe Mr.Mucciolo might learn a lesson by being put in this position to be a "rat"...and that is "know all the rules of the game before you play" and getting under the "rock" is part of the game! To people that think the way as this person does, then you need to look at the new TV commercial by all the kids they say or tell stories about how today they committed all these terrible acts/crimes because of "drugs". This is truly a new era of time and to the drug dealers know one thing..."A drug dealer is a "terrorist" and we all know what they are and represent. Never has the evils of the world had such a powerful foe/substance as drugs, and God knows that there is a true need for a new type of "Champion" and it's time that society realize that police&agents don't solve crimes...Rats,Snitches,C.I.'s and Informants Do! So Mr.Name caller you better watch what say before you get put in a trick bag with the boys in blue! Just ask Mr.Mucciolo, because who knows one day you might be a "Rat" too.
