my son bought a boys bedroom set on friday, he had a pick up turck to bring it home, the store loaded the furniture onto his truck, my son said the bed should be laying down not standing up but the men loading the furniture told him they no what they are doing. so my son said ok. then on the ride home with the furniture the bed bent back and broke, we called the store they gave us a number to call so we called it, the lady told use to bring the furniture back, we did that, then the salesman (raju patel) told us he can not take it back because the manager was not there to aprove it. so we took the furniture back home. my son called back on sunday to see if the manager was in he was, he was told they will not take it back, this was a floor model. the manager told my son that once he signed for the furniture it was his and they would not take it back or help in anyway.

please if you ever need furniture never never go to jasons for it. ripoff stores!

I used to work at JASONS and I have nothing bad to say about that company. I remember these people. They care into the store and they seemed very confused. They changed their minds 50 times and kept forgetting what they bought. They mixed everything up 10 times. Salesperson was an older salesperson who has been helping customers for over 40 years. He was very patient and kept trying to straighten all out. They bought and everything was set up. Customer called 100 times asking about things they did not buy. Delivery was set up as promised and delivery went as promised. I was not involved, but I remember entire store was spinning from these people and everyone tried to help. I guess not every customer is able to be satisfied. Since I left, I still keep in touch with employees at JASONS and I would highly reccomed that store to anyone. They have been around forever and there are 1000's of very satisfied customers.
