I used to work at JASONS and I have nothing bad to say about that company. I remember these people. They care into the store and they seemed very confused. They changed their minds 50 times and kept forgetting what they bought. They mixed everything up 10 times. Salesperson was an older salesperson who has been helping customers for over 40 years. He was very patient and kept trying to straighten all out. They bought and everything was set up. Customer called 100 times asking about things they did not buy. Delivery was set up as promised and delivery went as promised. I was not involved, but I remember entire store was spinning from these people and everyone tried to help. I guess not every customer is able to be satisfied. Since I left, I still keep in touch with employees at JASONS and I would highly reccomed that store to anyone. They have been around forever and there are 1000's of very satisfied customers.
