Java Brewing Collection refused to refund money for purchase of equipment after being notified equipment was faulty and also for lack of support in remedying technical issues with equipment Scarborough Ontario
Java Brewing Colledtion is a vending machine company that lures people into hurried contracts with the promise of superior equipment and constant and continued support throughout the process. None of this is true. Immediately upon receiving my machines that I purchased for $48000+ I began having mechanical failures and technical issues abound. I attempted to contact the company and was met with little to no help. I continued having a multitude of issues with the one machine I placed in a location.
Due to these many issues, I chose not to place more machines, costing my more money over and above my investment. I asked the company for a refund stating that 6 of the 7 machines were still in original packaging and even still on original crate. The company stated that they do not buy back machines. I disagree that this is a buy back. I would determine it to be a refund of faulty equipment due to consumer dissatisfaction and company overall lack of support that was promised and not delivered.

I want to take this time to reiterate that my complaint against JBC has been totally and completely solved. I took delivery of my machines, 6 are still boxed, and after using 1 machine, found out that this business is not for me, although my one machine is doing well after the technical support I received from JBC. The fact that the company has assisted in solving my issues makes the initial, and possibly hastily written report a nonissue to any new potential customers of JBC. In fact, I would actually recommend the company now due to the overwhelming response in solving my issues. For any potential customers that may be thinking of joining as an operator with JBC, please don't allow the initial report to scare you off. The company responded after contact was made and worked to solve my issues, even to the point of bringing me in to the company headquarters to receive extended training.

After having conversation with representatives of the company, I have accepted a verbal agreement to assist me in selling the units. Therefore, this report is no longer valid and I am satisfied with my outcome where I am being assited to move the equipment.
A company respresentative has been in contact repeatedly to speak more about my issues and many have been rectified.
