Complaint Review: Jay Adkisson - Newport Beach California

I have no way of knowing what this customer's complaint is because he doesn't state anything about it at all. Seems like he is just angry because he had expectations that were different than what services Adkisson and Riser actually perform and are known for and respected for world wide. 

On a similar note, I was completely new to asset protection and settnig up a trust.  These guys held my hand the whole way through the process and made it all so simple and straight forward. And most importantly there is nothing illegal or fraudulent about setting up a trust.  They've been in existance for hundreds of years longer than our own Federal reserve. 

I now have set up a terrific trust for my children, grandchildren and beyond, and I am man of only meager means.  These partners were well worth their weight in gold, and if this gentlemen only spent $10,000 on setting up his trust then he surely has little to complain about.  Protectin assets from those who could harm you seems to me to be priceless.

The point is, when doing a business transaction I feel it's a good practice to explain what your expectations are, and ask if those can be met.  Then proceed with understanding. 

Thank you Riser & Adkisson for spelling it all out and for making perect sense of something that at first seemed complex and daunting.

There is a difference between being "admitted" and "practising". There is no case against Riser, no trial against Riser, no conviction of Riser, to arrest of Riser, etc. -- this is all just so much nonsense and garbage by the moron who is mentioned in this report:

In general, I dislike and distrust attorneys, having been ripped off before and many bad experiences.

Thus I find this post amusing because Jay is not only one of the  best attorneys in his field, he is

about as clean as they come. Scrupulously honest.

I agree with the people posting this complaint. Jay Adkisson and his partner Chris Riser are nothing but stinking thieves and con men with BAD reputations for deceptive advertising and half-truths slamming everybody else's techniques but their own. Well I'm here to tell you it's going to stop or these truthful revelations will expand exponentially and I will see to it that they do.

Jay D. Adkisson of the law firm of Riser Adkisson LLP is the founder of Quatloos.com -- one of the original scam-fighting websites. Because of this, numerous scam artists who have been exposed in Quatloos hate Jay's guts to the core and post all sorts of false things about him on the internet. The IRS doesn't reveal who is under investigation so this part of the complaint is totally bogus; the rest is just an anonymous complaint by somebody who claims to be "Robert Hoffman" and then signs it as "John". If fact, there is no real complaint, and if a real complaint were to be made it would be made to the State Bar of California. Since a visit to the State Bar of California website shows Jay to be in good standing as an attorney, you can write this complaint off as totally bogus.
