JBC And Associates returned check rip off Bloomfield New Jersey
I received a call from a Lisa Smitts with JBC and Associates on November 26, 2003. Ms. Smitts stated that I had a bad check from 1994 that I needed to make good or they would arrest me.
She told me that the check was for $50.00 dollars, but that i needed to send in $194.00 dollars as soon as possible or I would be arrested in my county. This is the craziest thing that I have ever heard of and really don't know what I should do, because I do not want to be arrested.
