Akron,#2Consumer Suggestion

I have dealt with these fools before because I am a consumer advocate. They actually came on our forums bragging about how they drive jaguars and know they are breaking the law. Immediately file a complaint with the new jersey attorney general and the FTC. I guarentee the FTC is watching them now(with a little hint wink). Definately get hold of your attorney. Refusing to validate is illegal. Adding jacked up fees is illegal. This company got banned to collect in connecticut and there is a class action lawsuit out there against them now. Another attorney has just filed a multiple suit against them out of north carolina. Sue them and make them pay for their crimes.

This time A lady anserwed and did not even give her name. I asked for Lori Brown again and you guessed it...Not there. I asked for copies of the checks in question and was told it would take A month to A month and A half to get them, Well past the dedline given in the letter. When I began to question her she began to stammer and became very unprofessional. When I commented about it I was told "I'm acting in Aaaaa...ummm...very profesional manor". She began questioning my morals saying things like "When you bounce A check you should at least try and make good on it, Even if it's just $10 but you should at least try and make good on it." I again requested to be sent copies of the checks and if they were real live claims I would pay them. This seemed to have no effect. She said she would prosess my request for the checks then asked what I was going to do. I told her I was going to call my lawyer.
