JBC Legal Group ripoff Bloomfield New Jersey
JBC Legal group sent a letter stating I owed money on a bad check from a town I moved from 2 years ago. The check was already made good but since it was 2 years ago I do not still have that paperwork.
Several very rude phonecalls later the amount of $125 jumped to $532.72 My family was in the room while I was talking on speaker phone to a lady named Vanessa Ramirez. I was so frustrated. I yelled at her to please be quiet so i Can speak. She proceded to make remarks about how my mother raised me. My mother got on the phone and tried to help
My mother asked how she got our address and was willing to pay the total amount when Vanessa kept screaming over and over the total amount. My mom said I know the amount< I am trying to pay it I even have my visa card ready please answer a question for me. Vanessa Ramirez proceded to tell her that she was waisting her time and was putting me down fro refusal to pay. Now it is on my credit report and I am about to be married and can not buy
a house. I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months.
