I purchased a Mazda RX8 from J&C Auto Sales in Naples, FL and the second day I got it, it broke down on I75. I had it towed to the dealership and they repaired the car but then had it in the shop 2 more times within 2 months... ( brakes were shot, new master cylinder, slave cylinder, A/C wasn't working right, Gear shift knob fell off (had to fix myself), wiper blades were shot, tag light was broken (repaired myself) , .

I told them the tire alert light was on and they said they checked the tires and they were fine....after 3 months and taking it to have the oil changed, I was told that all 4 tires were 12 lbs low and the car had less than a quart of oil in it!!!! I am very dissatisfied with them and when I tried to get them to change out the car with something else, they refused!!!!



Word of Caution...... only use them as a last resort and have the car checked out before purchasing!!!! I have purchased with them before but this time , they have totally lost my business and referrals.

 What does the warranty paperwork say?  What's that?  There's no warranty???  So, you bought it "AS IS".  Do you have any idea what "AS IS" means?  Then you go on to tell us this highly intelligent information that you find out after THREE MONTHS the oil level is down and the tire pressure is down.  The tire pressure light is even staring you in the face!  In three months of ownership, do you kind of think, perhaps you should be checking oil and tire pressure yourself, especially on a car you do not know the history of?  So please tell us, how is the FACT you don't bother to check these important items and they are indeed low, how is this the fault of the car dealer?  And since you probably don't have an intelligent rebuttal, don't bother saying I must work for them as a smokescreen, because I don't!
