The past two years My wife has been paying over 31 percent APR the statement says 21 percent. We kept all payment history including total payments and interests collected and the statement says 21 percent which is very high for a credit score of 644 which by the way my wife has had over 3 years. Please note she has made every payment on her credit cards and they still insist on keeping her credit score below 660. The state of Texas is suppose to be a English common law state that is suppose to regulate usury charges what happended ???
JC Penny is now changing agreements to cover their rear end how convenient on the spot ??? well my response to you is you can run a crooked operation in Texas but you still have to come to Arbitration and or court maybe class action so in the end your going to pay more than what it is worth
