I have purchased two cars through jdb, the second cars engine blew on the way home from Youngstown, I had it towed to their shop, they kept telling me they were trying to fix it and didn't have a loaner car for me to use, i made 4 payments while they tried to fix the car, i wrote to the corporate office and they contacted me with a deal, they said, we will keep the car, payoff your loan, report it as paid in full to the credit bureau and give you back your last 4 payments! I was more then satisfied! I will always recommend them!

Sandi, you really need to contact the Ohio Atty. General's office and file a conplaint against JD Byrider. On Feb. 9, 2005 they just settled a suit with the State of Ohio AG. The AG would be interested to know that Byrider is still violating consumer protection laws. The phone # is 800-282-0515 and here is a link to the Feb. press release: www.ag.state.oh.us.
