J.D. Marvel Products Inc. ripoff Captain's Desk Organizer rip-off scam dirt bags J.D. Marvel Products Inc. Hawkesbury, Ontario (others in Quebec and Champlain NewYork) Ontario, Quebec, New York .....
My Wife and I ordered the Captain's Desk Organiser near the end of November 2002 from JD Marvel Products Inc. via their web site. By mid-December the item had not arrived so I e-mailed thier customer service to inquire (e-mail included the order reciept number 1063152761.06137. The first responce I recieved said they needed to adress teh item was to be shipped to (I found this odd since that information should have been on the order with the same reciept number.
After e-mailing back with the adress they again replied saying the organizer was mailed on Dec. 20th and to allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We still have not recieved teh item (November 15). When I call their customer service number it says they will be returning Jan 6th (that was over week ago) and they are not responding to e-mail.
