I ordered two watches and a simulated video camera. JD Marvel Products cashed my check over 30 days ago but the merchandise has not yet been received. I have ordered from this company previously, and HAVE received the merchandise ordered, except for this last order.

I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that the merchansdise was out of stock when my order was received and is only temporarily delayed. However, I am notifying them by e-mail that if the merchasnise that I ordered OR a full refund, including shipping andhandling is not received within 72 hours, it will be my intention to notify the following agencies:

United States Department of Justice, USA Attorneys General of Washington State, USA, Attorneys General of New York State; Department of Ministry, Canada, Postal Inspector, USA Better Business Bureau, and any other agency I may locate that investigates (and prosecutes if necessary) companies that have a high incidence of complaints for timely underlivered merchandise.
