JD Marvel Products Rip-off doesnt care about customers Hawkesbury Ontario
I ordered a television antena in October of 2002. My cheque was cashed on November 15. To date, Januaray 22, 2003 I have not received anything beyond more requests to order merchandise.
I have phoned the customer line, receiving a message that the Comapany was closed until Januray 6, 2003. From January 6 to January 17, the phne weas either busy or not answered.
The company literature advises that the company is based on "Customer Service." Bah! Humbug!
Customer Service means sending ordered items, answering phones and communicating.
