I ordered 2 pairs of suede mocassin slippers with a check dated 10/25/01. The check was cashed 11/05/01. I called the week before Christmas and was told one pair was on the way and the second was going to be slightly backordered. I received the first pair just before Christmas--I am still waiting for the second pair as of 2/19/02. I called again and was eventually cut off after a lengthy wait (at long distance rates). I then decided to try e-mail to save the cost of telephoning. I was encouraged at first because I received a response which indicated that the slippers were shipped on 1/21/02 and would take 10-15 days to receive. That time passed and I have since e-mailed 3 times and have never gotten a reply. I thought my situation might be a fluke and tried to look up the CEO of JD Marvel Products. To my dismay I found the web page with complaint after complaint after complaint. Will I ever receive my slippers?????????
