I reported previously that I ordered the German Cukoo Clock offered by JD Marvel Products Inc. back in March 2003 they cashed my check within a couple of weeks and no I still haven't recieved the clock nor my money back, but I am doing my own homework on this matter,
I first contacted my newspaper where the advertisment was placed and told them the situation, I was given a company called News America Marketing In New York according to my newspaper this company placed the advertisment for JD Marvel and they call it a co-op insert the number I am going to give you is a complaint line you leave your information and they are to contact you within 24 hours BUT, before you call the number,
first make sure if you ordered from a newspaper advertisment that you contact your newspaper first and see if they got the advertised co-op insert from this marketing company, if not ask them where they got it and how to contact them. here's the number for News America Marketing In New York 212-782-8084 I can't give you any other information yet as I just called them myself and am in my 24 hour waiting time for them to get back with me.
