Ordered Doc Marvel fleece-lined slippers. Sent check 5/12/03, check was cashed. Today is 6/24/03 and I have not received merchandise yet. Called but the phone line was busy.

I called the company today and after being placed on hold awhile a person told me that my slippers will be shipped in 2 days. I asked why it had taken so long (bought 5/12/03) and they explained that they did not have the products in stock. I asked if they knew that there were bad reports about their company on the internet, but they just ended the conversation with "have a nice day." More to follow....
