Complaint Review: Jeff Jernigan - Spartan Facilities Maintenance - Summerville South Carolina

 I read this report and personally know the owner of Spartan.  I will not try to defend his actions as I do not know the facts.  However, as I read the report I see inaccuracies and this leads me to believe that there are more inaccuracies in the facts as the Janitor reports. 

Inaccuracy #1 Fred Bostain is not Donna's brother, he is Donna's ex-husband.  Fred is a hard working, honest individual and is working hard trying to make an honest living.  Fred allowed her ex-wife to move in while Jeff was incarcerated and had no place to live.  As an unemployed worker looking for a way to make a living, Jeff asked Fred to go into the cleaning and Janitorial business with him.

Inaccuracy #2 Donna is an echocardiographer.  She does not pose as a radiological technician.  She is and has always been a hard working echocardiographer and isn't posing as anything more than a supportive wife trying to give Jeff another chance. 

These two inaccuracies tell me that the Janitor may be  someone who has sour grapes.  If I was the Janitor, I would be very careful of reporting things as facts when they are not true.  Putting things in writing that are not true for the purpose of ruinigg someone's reputation is called libel. 

Check your facts!!!

These sites are usually only one sided and therefore it makes it easy for a disgruntled ex-employee to throw around lies and half truths only because they could not cut the mustard with the company and were terminated or had performed fraudulent activities themselves.  The author of the report being rebutted is going to be very surprised within the next couple of days.  

If Resort Service Group and Jimmy King were actually working or could get work, maybe he would not be so interested in chasing after dead ends and trying to destroy the workings of a stable, reliable, fiscally strong company.  This simply goes to prove idle hands are the devil's workshop.  Pay attention to your own family, and stay your nose out of mine.  Provide for own family and stop trying to destroy my efforts to provide for mine.

After checking with BSCAI, we found that Jernigan is not a member nor does he hold any of these certifications. Records indicate that he got into business around July 2012 shortly after being released from jail and placed on probation.

A warrant has been issued for Jernigan's arrest. The charge is fraudelent checks. Thus far, he has over 1200.00 in bad checks from GA to SC.

The business name is actually Spartan Facility Services with offices at 329 Foxglove Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483. They use a Post Office Box to keep the creditors away. Jernigan used the same tactic in Kentucky.

Donna K. Jernigan is his wife. She is in on the con as well. 339 Foxglove Ave. Summerville is the home of Fred Bostain. Donna, Jeff and Fred all live together and run their criminal enterprise from this location. May also use the name Palmetto Media, Palmetto Business Advisers. Also passes himself off as an accomplished sailor. Fred is the brother of Donna.

Do not accept a check from this guy nor a credit card. The credit card will be stolen. Jernigan has used routing and bank account #s before in Kentucky and was able to take money from his customers.
