Was recently contacted by a representative of "Jefferson Financial Corporation" Samantha Fox. She stated I was approved for a loan that would needed to be secured by an insurance policy. I sent the 980.00 moneygram to this insurance company called Watermark Insurance for Melissa London. I was told the loan money would be deposited into my account within 24 hours.
It has been 4 days and nothing. I called the fax number just in case and got a recording to press star for fax and then it went on about the Kingsway Corporation. I looked up Kingsway and this web site came up and then I knew it had all been a scam for the same company but now they are operating under another name also.
If anyone has successfully received their money back or any money from these companies please let people know how you did it.

hey Rene, I too have several posts listed. if u get the chance please read them (Tammy-SAndwich,ILL.) I have posted to the FBI as well as local police, but would love to aid the rest of u in your class action. I am sorry this happened to u. I understand your anger. I on the other hand did this research before i sent money, only thanx to ur first report here. Thank you so much!!!!!!!! but they have gained personal info on me and my business. that is scarey enough. please email me rene and we will pull together and knock these people out of the ballgame. thanx again rene and i look forward to hearing

I recently found a webiste for class action lawsuits and entered in my information regarding the loan scam by Kingsway amd Jefferson Financial. Please go to this website and post your information and maybe if they get enough they will take on the case for free.

I have actually received a response from the so called CEO of Jefferson Financial Coproration. I have found more entries now on this company and hope this may have stopped them from scamming anymore people. I know they will just move on to another name and continue to do the same thing to innocent people unlike them who work hard for their money. I can not believe they actually think I would buy anything this company has to say. Please do not give your time or money to the Jefferson Financial Coproration of Layton, Utah. I will keep people posted on any new inforamtion.

My company was established with one thought in mind, giving individuals the opportunities that in most cases are not usually afforded to them. This situation that we have found ourselves in is quite unnerving. Never before in the illustrious history of Jefferson Financial Corporation have such allegations ever been brought before us. The employee in question, one Samantha Fox has been relieved of her duties at our company due to matters that I do not wish to discuss in this manner. The foundation of our company is integrity. As stated earlier the situation is unfortunate.
