Sorry for the misprint in last post , Jeffrey will be in orange county court ( GVT) Global vacation/travel vs taylor on November 17 2011 , Jeffrey also has been attempting to scam his Driver licence back to valid status in courts in other Florida counties.

This will be a big mistake on floridas part if they reissue Jeffrey a license of any sort , as he will start running his scams on unsuspecting auto dealerships ( used and new ) first chance he gets.....

Once again we can see that jeffrey is waisting his , and everyone thats involved , time , resources, money .
For this reason everyone is still fixated on jeffrey and his father , Alan .

Jeffrey is due in court to attempt to claim once again it was someone other than him who Gave  >>>>>>>>>>>>
 Bad checks , filed and sent fraud Bank wire transfers , used fraud and closed bank accounts to pay all type Debts . ( Personal , business ) no difference to Jeffrey .

 He payed all employees with the premeditated plan to stop paychecks , never planned to pay employees , any of his Partners , or  his lead guy , computor people , management office ctr, car payments , past victims , and what ever Jeff thought he needed to pay  :,  he used false Identities ( family , friend , customers )whomever !!! (Deceased or living )and used stolen credit cards , He even recharged throwaway Debit cards with stolen credit card numbers to try to pay bills and people off . Including his lawyers ( LOL )and his past few landlords never got paid as well ....LoL 

Jeffrey has to realize , this is all very old already , and if he continues he will only eventually end up back in jail for the remainder of his middle life time span , at the least ! ...- He is now 36 years old to be 37yrs. old in Jan 2012 , and is presently still doing time for these same past crimes. ( Will he not learn )

Everyone has been awaiting and suprisingly is still watching for when Jeffrey gets out of Jail , All still see the court Decisions have all been against anything Jeffrey has ever claimed . Jeffrey has lost every appeal every Decision ,every claim , motion etc......... 

Jeffrey is at 100 percent of 0 ....  - But still has to pay all the fees connected with all the fileings over the years that continue to add up , along with the few repayments to victims for Judgements he lost and victims he also was ordered to repay with ( good money this time and not stolen creditcards or worthless checks )

Many of us past employees and business entities , even personal victims , of the " Jeffrey era of scams" are still very much active in the wait and watch him screw up another chance to do it right period.( coming soon in 2012 ) 
Many are betting he cant get through his probation.( aprox 7 - 8 years )
without going back to jail , 

The Jeffrey Hirschkorn analysts , on repeat offenders of white collar crime say ......
Upon release Jeffrey who now ....

Has No where to live 
Has No money
Has no friends / Family that want anything to do with him
Has no (valid )Drivers license
Has No vehicle ( if his license were valid )
Has no experience in honor , honestey
Has a resume of lies
Has No job experience
Has no one to reference for anything (good to say anyway)
Has a criminal record in to many states to list
Has still to account for crimes in floridas , orange county courts , as well as seminole , and has cases in other countys as well.
Has to report to his Probation officer regularly ,
has to make manditory cash payments to the system / victims for his past abuses.
etc... etc.....etc........
I can keep on and on - 
Jeffrey has a whole host of rules and court orderd restrictions to abide by . And he will need to tread very carefully if he intends to stay out of harmes way .

There are many people who have been placed strategically around different positions in different states for many different companies and in some very interesting jobs to say the least , 
they will all be shareing info and details on Jeffrey every .... to insure that justice stays in order.

Maybe if Jeffrey has learned anything at all it will be over quickly he will
land a job ,
pay all his Debt ,

Meet a good woman have a kid ...................  WHAT AM I THINKING !!!!!!!!  Holy BuBkins , No way will jeff be able to go this route ........

Maybe it goes like this ...... Jeff gets out  , back on drugs , pays the dealer with worthless check or stolen credit card , Jeff goes missing in 2 months ...

Or
Jeff startes another bogus business under someone`s name and continues where he left off , con / scam everyone he can , till we catch him again !!!  he does the system another injustice until again hes brought to his knees back to jail ...

The time is near and All will see One way or another ....... 

Case against taylor will be heard on Jan 17 2012 orange cty court , and we will see if jeff keeps his perfect record on failing to prevail On   EVERYTHING and or anything  !!!
