We are revamping the business and expanding into wholesale - we are in the process of moving the shop and website which is why it is down - it is being redone and moved to a new server. This item was shipped and returned to us - and I reshipped at my cost. We have been unavailable during the holidays but are now back and we will gladly refund the item or replace it if we are contacted at either phone number - our new web site will be up within a week and we will gladly discuss this or any other transaction with anyone who wishes to do so. thanks
