No one said that this lady had to keep her furniture that was broken she did not have to get her brand new furniture fixed. She had the choice of refusing the furniture that was not in satisfactory condition as stated in the contract she signed before delivery. & if there was something wrong with your furniture & you get another delivery of a new piece YOUR DO NOT PAY FOR A RE-DELIVERY. YOU PAY NOTHING MORE THEN WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE!! You should have read your contract before you accepted the furniture. Thanks

THIS WEEK 9/21/07 JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES RECIEVED A VISIT FROM DETROIT'S BEST, REPORTER RUTH SPENCER. YOU ALL KNOW HER "RUTH TO THE RESCUE". AFTER HEARING ABOUT MY STORY, RESEARCHING THIS COMPANY, AND HEARING ABOUT ALL THE CUSTOMERS LEFT TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES, SHE WENT TO BAT FOR ME TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK. IF YOU TOO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFFICE. ALSO E-MAIL RUTH FROM CHANNEL 4 NEWS HERE IN DETROIT. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL MEDIA AND MAKE THE PUBLIC AWARE OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU BUY THE FURNITURE. AFTER YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN, DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKEN FURNITURE. MY BROKEN FURNITURE STILL SITS IN MY BASEMENT SINCE 07-2007
