On November 7, 2004 I ordered furniture from Jennifer Convertibles that was going to take six to eight weeks for delivery. I was also charged $129.99 for delivery of Sofa, Chair and tables, And another $35.00 for an Otteman that I was told to put on a seperate order as to not hold up Sofa and Chair order. I was told by salesman Adam that it might be in before Christmas and he was going to put a rush on it. After six weeks I called and spoke to Bob the store manager and was told it's not in yet and they would call me when it was in. On Sunday, January 2, 2005 I went to the store and talked to Bob the manager that he didn't know what was going on and he would e-mail someone and get back to us, I also told Bob that I would take the same furniture in a stock color to avoid waiting any longer. After waiting till Tuesday January 4 we called him and were told he thinks they made it in the wrong color and he would get back to us.

We called their customer service number on Tuesday January 4 2005 and was told it was shipped to there warehouse and Bob will get back to us. On Wednesday January 5, 2005 we called and were told by customer service it's up to the store to handle this and they called the store and told us a district manager would get back to us ASAP. As of today we still don't know where our furniture is and have not heard from anyone. Also I went to there CUSTOMER NO CARE Web Site and sent them this letter and have not heard from them either. Still no word as of 1/20/05 and the moral of the story is... SHOP SOME PLACE ELSE FOR FURNITURE.
