congress allows veterans to file claims for compensation when disease or injuries that occured or had onset during service.

on or about June 2015, Rheumatologist Maureen Dubreuil diagnosed me with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a chronic disease.

because the diagnosed ankylosing spondilitis was diagnosed by a competent rehumatologist, i am elegible to file a claim to receive compensation since my condition had its onsed during military service.

as it turns out, i am no longer able to file a claim to receive compensation for Ankylosing Spondylitis because Dr. Jenny Jin fraudulently altered my medical file by chaning the name of the rehumatologist who diagnosed the Ankylosing Spondylitis.

i cannot file a claim for compensation because althought the diagnosis of ankylosing spondilitis continues to exist in my medical fille, the diagnosis states that it was made by a student of orthopedic medicne.  as such, being a student of orthopedic medicine, dr. Jenny Jin does not hold the medical credentials to make such diagnosis.

there is no medical value in the changes made by Dr. Jenny Jin as it is a blatant fraud designed to sidetrack/derail a veterans claim to receive compensation for a condition incurred in service.

Not exactly sure what your problem is with your doctor, but your disease is a genetic one that has absolutely nothing to do with  your military service.  I'm also not sure why you are personally harrassing some random doctor because they were the last one to update your chart.  I'm guessing her race has something to do with it.

AWARDS:

John Connolly, Chairman

Castle Connolly Top Doctors

One of your awards (“Rising Star”) recipients, JENNY JIN, committed a fraud against a veteran on or about February, 2016.  Today, September 20, 2021, this problem remains unresolved.  Awards ought to recognize merit, these should not be used to cover the wrongdoing of doctors. This is a leadership problem.  Please get involved to fix it.

The veteran has done everything on his part to fix this problem.  The veteran tried to explain the problem to Veteran’s Law Judge, Eric Leboff, during a Video Conference that took place on or about April 3rd 2020. See attachment #7.

At the time, Judge Leboff mentioned that the videoconference was for the purpose of dealing with other issues, nothing related to the back problems afflicting the veteran—which in turn, is related to the fraud committed by Jenny Jin.  Nonetheless, Judge Leboff did in fact issue an order to do a medical examination for the back problems –this, after stating that the videoconference was to deal with other issues.  The veteran feels that Judge Leboff misled him by not allowing him to explain the wrongdoing by Jenny Jin.  On April 17th, 2020, the veteran emailed his attorney, Michelle Wolff, regarding the videoconference with Judge Leboff, stating that:  the videoconference was for the psychiatric condition (depression), not the back.  Thus, confirming that, during the videoconference, the veteran had been misled to believe that such videoconference was not for the purpose to discuss issues related with the wrong doing of Jenny Jin. See attachment #8.

That videoconference was an opportunity to correct the wrongdoing of Jenny Jin, but, by misleading the veteran, Judge Leboff prevented the veteran from correcting the wrongdoing of Jenny Jin.

The medical examination ordered by Judge Leboff took place on or about March, 2021, but the problem did not get fixed.  Nurse Practitioner Stacy Olvera from South Central Texas HealthCare in El Paso, Texas, conducted the medical examination.  The veteran, again, submitted the evidence showing the wrongdoing by Jenny Jin, but the NP simply refused to correct the problem caused by Jenny Jin..

The veteran also tried to resolve the problems caused by Jenny Jinn by attempting to contact the Office of the Inspector General, but, the internal checks and balances at the Department of Veteran’s affairs are broken to the point that attempting to use those checks and balances actually make the problem worse—that’s according to what attorney Michelle Wolff mentioned on an email sent to the veteran on or about December 9th 2016.  See attachment #9.

The veteran has informed his current attorney of the situation, but, the paralegals dealing with the case—the veteran has not spoken to an attorney—have only mentioned that they are working on the “knee problem”—and that discussion took place over the phone of which there’s no record, which means that it may or may not be true.  Nobody wants to correct the problems caused by Jenny Jin.  That is why it is important that the medical community gets involved so as to provide enough leadership to encourage the Department of Veterans Affairs to do the right thing.

Its obvious that Jenny Jin did not take it upon herself to commit this fraud. She was manipulated.  Someone must have told her that nobody would find out.  And now, instead of fixing the problem, they are trying to cover the problem.  And that’s why the medical community needs to get involved.

With the involvement of the medical community, we can fix a lot of problems at the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Problems that result in the death of veterans.

Take for instance the testimony of a mother who lost her veteran son to suicide: “I THINK SOME PEOPLE NEED TO GO TO JAIL” said the mother of the veteran who committed suicide by driving his car over a cliff. “THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.  THEY TREATED THESE MEN AND WOMEN LIKE THEY WERE DOING THEM A FAVOR TO GIVE THEM AN APPOINTMENT” see attachment.

A few months ago, we learned in the news of a nurse aide who killed seven veterans at a VA hospital in West Virginia.  During the sentencing, U.S. District Judge Thomas Klee told the murderer:  “YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WERE DOING.” Later, Judge Klee told the murderer:  …YOU ARE THE WORST KIND, YOU ARE THE MONSTER THAT NO ONE SEES COMING.” See attachment

Jenny Jin should not be that monster that no one sees coming.  And that is why the medical community needs to get involved to fix this problem.  This can be done by the medical community asking Jenny Jin to do the right thing—only then, can we begin to fix the ongoing problems of abuse at the Department of Veterans Affairs, abuse that often results in the deaths of innocent veterans.  .

A major source of conflict, leading to problems similar to the situation involving Jenny Jin, has been identified by researchers whom have proposed the following solution:

“The fact finding process within the Board of Veterans’ Appeals should be reformed to ensure the Board does not delegate its fact-finding responsibilities to the medical professionals it turns to for evidence.” See attachment.

In order to make this reform happen, the medical community must get involved to demand that its doctors do the right thing. Enough is enough.
