Jerry Andrew Phillips Sr - JP Sexually abused own daughters and 6 other relatives have reported he also did it to them Parsons Mound Valley Galena Kansas
Jerry Andrew Phillips SR. was put on the srs registrey as a sexual prediture. He molested his daughter from his first marriage and our daughter who was only 5 at the time.
He has also been accused by at least 6 others, nieces on his side of the family, and our 8 and 9 yr old sons.
He is always in Parsons at Billmans Mobile Homes, supposedly just helping them move trailers back from Alabama and Concord Arkansas. THey say he is not getting paid to work for them, just doing it out of kindness.
All his victums range from 3 to 14 years old. There is doctors statements, police reports and SRS substanciation. There is plenty of proof but the victums can't get justice.
The Labette county attorney doesn't want to chance taking him to court. Part of the abused are past statue of limitation and he says the others are too young to make good witnesses. The doctors reports weren't exactly the same,(that was because the doctors have to examine the child within 72hrs of each other or the private parts will have healed.) something the detective that looked at the reports didn't take into consideration.
Keep in mind, most of the victums don't even know each other but the reports of what happened are very simular. He even went as far as to commite himself to Topeka, VA hospital, who in turn put him on the street in two days and told him to go home and stop trying to stay out of jail. Yes the county attorney knows this also.
We need help, he has threatened to kill the kids if they talk. They won't even sleep in their own beds. He is several thousand behind in childsupport.
If anyone who reads this will call the Labette County Attorneys office at 620-421-6370 or anyone else who can help PLEASE do so.
One of his victums is know 30 yrs old. How many more will he get before justice is done? He has been doing this since his teens,even to his own sisters. No one else wanted to turn it in because of the hassle, but the victums came forward after they turned 18. BUT, remember there is still a 9yr,8yr and 7yr old at home that he could get to. I can't find anyone to help, it is all in the county attorneys hands.
REmember there is substantiated proof and he has been validated. He was born 6/10/55. 5ft 6in, blue eyes, balding on top. He has a CDL so he drives trucks, doesn't like labor. He is with another woman who I have been told has kids.
Mine won't even have a Christmas because all I make goes on bills and food.But I don't want his money, I want justice for all his victums.
Any one who wants to rebute this, I will be glad to send you copys of the substanciations. I am not a vindictive ex, I can give proof to all I have said.
