Jerry Levan Optimus/Bromont I was interested in office space but he said they are tearing down the building Tempe Arizona
I met with Jerry Levan about some commercial space near Elliot and Kyrene a couple days ago. When I met him he said he would like to rent space to me but they have plans to tear down the building and rebuild a high rise. He said he was burning off all the tenants between now and years end. I said thanks, left and figured I needed to notify someone about his treacherous deeds. His breath smelt like turds also.
