I was looking for office space in the 85283 zip code and met up with a Bromont/Optimus Property Management in Tempe. I ended up almost signing a lease with Jerry Levan of Optimus Property Management before realizing that he is a slumlord. After talking to some of the neighbors with horror stories of how he treated the businesses there I decided against it. Most said that even with leaky roofs and water damage he claimed 0 responsibility. His buildings are a disaster and I decided against it.
