I am so happy that I googled Jerry Smith, Attorney, and found this report. I just received the exact same thing. Is this or could this be real or a scam? Yes, I have had online loans, but if there were ever an issue, I have always solved them within sufficient time with the actual companies. The information listed in their email also lists me working at a previous employment company, and states it was in 2007. Incredibly odd to me they have NOT been able to reach me in 3 years?? I have had the same exact mailing address since 2009, and the same exact phone number since 2002. Why am I just now hearing something about this issue, if it is indeed real? Jerry Smith's name is listed, but the email has a signed name of Attorney, Patrick Marsh. The letter attached to the email does look legitimate, but again it sounds exactly what you are reporting. It also includes the exact same four allegations listed in this very similar article. Scheme or real?
