I received a 14 day trial about december 23rd,2007, 4 days into the trial period my account was debited 12/28/07 $54.95. when i inquired i was told that was the price of my shipment which i had not received. i immediately cancelled my subscription. customer service assured me my money would be returned within 7-10 business days.

I have been communicatiing with customer service, for the past 7 months,each time i talk with someone 1 am told your money have been refunded it should be in your accout 7-10 days. i was aassigned a personal contact person (Austin) in february who assured me my money had been refunded and back in my accout within. 7-10 days.

as of july 10th my last call to wu yi, i have not received my refund. I don't know if the tea works, but the company should not be allowed to rip any one else off. If there is no lawyer involved i am strongly considering filling suit. we are serious when it comes's to controlling our weight, but dont need people like jesse willms and wu yi tea.

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.
