It's unusual because its bitcoin we used for payment. We were promised when we signed up for our bitcoins to be doubled in sixty using the trader platform in order to accomplish this. They gave a 100% guarantee that you will get your money back and it will be doubled, and also if you referred people you get commissions daily based on what they and you invested. I was got paid daily for the first week and then it stopped. When I started emailed support and the Facebook page, they claimed that the site got hacked and they are working on it. Then the sorry changed again, saying that they have new software and they just need to upgrade. Then I knew something was wrong when I emailed support and not getting any answers. When I asked for a refund they say they do that and when I asked for a supervisor, the agent was bold enough to tell me that they are no longer going to answer my emails and blocked my messages. Then to cover themselves scott chandler and brent Robinson act like they are victims too and claim they working with the FBI to get everybody's money back... yet to here from them which was three weeks ago. Now they change the face of the website to jet-coin 2.0 and state that in order to get your money you have to refer more ppl to the scam in order to get commissions and then they made it merely impossible with the new structure . When I last emailed them I asked for the name of who's in charge and they refuse to answer that as well! Don't not sign up for either... they take your money and hold it ransom. I want my money back and those held responsible to be prosecuted!
