Hello,
Pls. find attached the pdf. file regarding my complaint, also a few things that I would like to add,
1- this ring started to fall apart within 10 months of having it, pls. see the attached receipt from post office.
2- why would anyone go thru the trouble of make the same ring in 10k gold, which seems like an awful lot of work only to contact the BBB regarding fraud??
3-Why do they only have a Post Office box and not a mailing address?
4-Please google up the Jeweler that I received this letter from so that you can confirm that he has been in business in the same location for almost a total of 30 years!
He said if you need to contact him please do!
The Jewelers question to me was why did I go to this person in the 1st place and that Atlanta is known for this type of action.
Pls. find attached a copy of the pdf file with the said paperwork regarding this complaint. as stated I would like at least $350.00 of my money back!
