To Whom it May Concern; My name is Lesly Hxxxxx I am the Owner at A Painting Fiesta Studio one of my directors Max Marin was approached by Jewish Solutions Marketing on October 14, 2013 for a program (JMS) wanted to sell to my Company as form of marketing. I personally was not present to speak to the sales representative (Manny) was at my establishment at the time of sale. Max Marin was reluctant to try the services but none-the-less gave the (JMS) a try. It wasn’t until the next day 10/15/13 at 4:37pm that I personally called about this unwanted business deal. The service was not wanted nor needed for my company. As the sole proprietor and legal business owner for A Painting Fiesta I instructed Manny the representative that I wasn’t comfortable nor gave consent for this transaction. As it clearly stated in their business contract we had the option to cancel within (3 days). Manny the sales representative was completely fine with the idea of cancelling the services since it clearly states on their contract that in fact we had (3 days) to change our mind. It wasn’t until December 17, 2013 when I was at my accountant’s office and she points out the debits made on my bank account by (JMS) for $833.00 dollars.

To my surprise three debits were made with similar amounts totaling $2,500. That very same day we contacted the Jewish Marketing Solutions and their response was unprofessional and deceiving. Sally, the manager/ owner was completely rude, non-apologetic about the situation; she wasn’t helpful in fact she was just making threats to sue us and my establishment. All I am asking if for my money back for services that were not wanted. Even so that to this day we have not even received one call from anyone referred business by the “Marketing Scheme” had we authorized the deal it still did not even work. I am requesting to take this matter to legal actions as well as I would like to report them to the better business bureau for fraudulent activities. I have been a Citibank Client for a long time, and being banking with such prestigious entity I would like to get some sort of resolution to this problem. I am request my full money back since I never authorized this transaction, nor was I at fault or should be penalized since they were notified about the services not wanted within the corresponding time frame in less than 3 days. Manny the representative works on commission and what I could think is that he has already gained his earnings from this non-consented transaction and reason why the Jewish Marketing Solutions does not want to deal with since Manny has already been compensated. I am attaching proof of this contract to this document and as well as a copy of my signature which Citibank already have in file. Once again, I am appalled at this situation and professionalism from the Jewish Marketing Solutions.
