no walk through, denied exsistance of bird nests in both bathroom vents, any lost/replacement charges are OUTRAGOUS ! $ 45.00 for one light bulb that we did not take, missing lattice that wasnt ever there, a door stop for 4.00 that was never there etc. $500.00 for an "odor". We left that place cleaner than it was when we moved in . We took pictures when we moved in.
I SUED JI CHANG REALTY MYSELF AND WON !!! They begged us to drop it before court after they were served and they lady that showed up at court she acted like she COULDNT SPEAK ENGLISH and brought a black female with her who put her nose in my business and wanted to argue with me after we won. I told the Lawyer that one of my stipulations for dropping the court order for the house was to apologize to us but the asain male who never spoke refused to apologize to us and stormed out . They are dirty people, Don't rent from them !
