Jifffy Lube ripoff They stripped my oil plug on my pick up truck false promises fraudulent ripoff business false promises Baltimore Maryland
I regularly use Jiffy Lube Signiture service on my 1987 Ford F150 pick up truck. It has 46,000 original miles, and mostly Jiffy Lube receipts to prove it. I brought my truck in 3 weeks ago for a simple service. Friday my engine light went on, first time in 17 years. I checked the oil, NONE!! My friend is a mechanic said there was a possible seal leak. He checked my truck on 25th and Howard sts. He found that the oil plug was severely stripped and I have been losing oil at the rate of 1 1/2 quarts per week.
I want Jiffy Lube to pay for the tapping of a new plug, or oil pan replacement. Whatever the solution, I want my truck restored to the way it was brought to them. Not really a big deal, accept they have not answered my emails. I hope that you all have better luck with Corporate ignorance and bullies. They've got no problem taking your money and making promises, but you know the deal...........
