Scheduled window installation through the office of Jiffy Auto Spa & Glass. During installtion, there was evident damage (cracking of a fiber glass piece) to a drip flare he had to remove in order to install the windshield. Which I immediately brought attention to after the technician requested payment. I withheld payment until he got Dan, the owner on the phone who said he would take care of the damage if I paid the technician. Dan over the next couple days spoke as if he were attempting to find a replacement part or somewhere to that would repair the damage. After a week of waiting, I attempted to contact Dan again, where he did a complete 180 and stated he is not going to look into repairing the damage nor will he pay to have the repairs done. I have emails and texts from him stating he will make things right. I have pictures of the damage.
