I was a manager at Jiffy Lube. I was very happy working there until Jiffy Lube started telling me that I wasn't pressure selling enough. On my report it showed that I had 0%, with was really low compared to other stores of 10% or greater. They let me know that my sales were down, but clientel was up. They had someone come in and train us on how to bug customers into buying stuff they didn't need. So just letting you know.
